Veritext: test case for a successful model for a national expansion, rebranding, and re-leasing plan.

Since originally looking at a small space across from the Bronx courthouse one Christmas, we have successfully completed a new office in Washington, D.C, relocated their 38,000 sf headquarters location in NJ into a class A building at the Eisenhower corporate Center, and a series of sites throughout the U.S.

These include their new Chicago office relocation and expansion in downtown Chicago with a great view of the Willis Tower, an office in downtown Miami overlooking the bay and the cruise ships entering and leaving the harbor, a new office on long island in Mineola near the historic Theodore Roosevelt Courthouse, and most recently spaces in San Diego and Cleveland.

Working with Veritext, we created a model office complete with design and finishes in order to create the new design plan for any and all sites. Veritext’s goal is to create a seamless model at all their sites so their clients recognize a consistent look and feel, a comfortable, modern space, light filled with expansive high rise views that clients don’t want to leave!

Working from the model, Kna and workspace have taken the lead on the complete spaces, creating a fully branded space, responsible for interior design, finishes, all furniture, branding, signage, project management, and down to selecting, purchasing, and placing the artwork…(black and white photographs of the city/area of the location).

We also work with the national CBRE team of brokers who manage the process here with their network of local brokers on the ground. Together with Veritext’s national project manager and in-house counsel, a consistent lease and workletter approach is used for maximum benefit. As a national architect with licenses in almost every state, KNA can take lead with drawings and uses local MEP engineers thus maintaining consistent design standards.

This is the approach KNA has used for decades across the country with our clients, and why we have completed multiple projects in over thirty states.

Fort Worth Texas, and North Miami sites have just gotten started!
