New Jersey Business and Industry Design Award Honoree, Designer and Developer
Kimmerle Group completed the successful redevelopment and conversion of an 1860’s-era carriage house to efficient, attractive office suites through the redesign and renovation of public spaces and private office areas. This initial success was followed by the on-site development of a second replica building with similar architectural and interior design. Despite seven variance requests, Kimmerle Group completed the project through the adoption of a conceptual approach that honored the historic character of the surrounding Victorian neighborhood and was consistent with district guidelines. This project demonstrates the longstanding commitment of Kimmerle Group in developing models for the integration of historic preservation with in-fill development planning standards.
