A 225,000 SF headquarters and manufacturing facility built in two phases over a three-year period. Ultimate at the time, and integrator of inventory software in the PC world operated an assembly and light manufacturing facility as well as training and help desk operations from this site along with financial and sales functions. The site was environmentally impaired with considerable wetlands areas and the architecture while contemporary in style accommodated pockets of natural and vegetative area in its siting and implementation. Project was award-winning at both phases of development.
