Ground up construction of a new building designed on spec. KNA reversed the typical building footprint by putting the building up front on the street in a landscaped area, and the parking in the rear of the site, presenting an attractive visage on the street. Our long experience with the township helped on working through the tight zoning regulations for massing, aesthetic detailing in a more traditional style, and screening of rooftop equipment. After approval, the project was sold, and we worked with the new owner to complete the construction.
