Crum and Forster

The steel and glass structure was stripped to its bare bones, while new mechanical and electrical systems were gutted and fully replaced with the latest standards for use, control and energy efficiency.  The site itself was as well transformed.  A forty-year-old concrete and steel parking deck was carefully dismantled and replaced with a 450-space precast concrete structure with a projected useful life of over sixty years.

The branding initiatives include memorabilia from Crum’s legacy as a leading insurance company, art work featured from local museums, interior wall decals, and street signage.
