After recently completing Bellerophon’s Warren, NJ office space, the Chairman and CEO called upon Kimmerle Workspace and Kimmerle Project Management to, once again, join efforts on a new undertaking, Arix Bioscience. Arix, a healthcare and life science company, was set to occupy a newly finished space in mid-town Manhattan.
Kimmerle Workspace worked very closely with the Arix team to bring very specific design visions to fruition. Creating a refined yet welcoming reception area along with establishing sophisticated and inviting collaborative spaces were top priorities. The design concept focused on subtle use of branding colors and the overall space planning ensured optimization of the breathtaking skyline views. To not compromise the design, Workspace supplied temporary furniture as a solution.
Kimmerle Group Project Management provided full coordination and oversight services from project inception through close out. This included project schedule, soliciting bids and coordinating vendors and contractors, facilitated start up network and communications platform, IT and Audio Visual, Security Access, Signage and coordination with the Property Ownership. We worked very closely with the Vendors and the Arix team to ensure that all work was being proposed and completed under budget and within the schedule.
