Transitioning to new ownership in 2017, this 1988 lobby bore all the hallmarks of its era, with strong chrome elements, oversized planters, fountains, and placeless common spaces.
Kimmerle Newman Architects devised a complete visual refresh along with imaginative soft seating and collaboration spaces for this building’s users. Filling in less usable sunken spaces and fountain facilities, the new design introduced welcoming flex-use spaces for tenants.
