SUBURBAN OFFICE REINVENTION

In an opportunity to revitalize an outdated building in a great location, KG completed gut renovation inside. The exterior had pebbled concrete and small windows throughout but was brought to life with a new 3-story atrium, all new exterior glass, and punched in new glass to add light. 

This site experienced a complete transformation while remaining partially occupied, as construction was completed in phases in order to maintain work capabilities.
