DOWNTOWN REVIVAL RESIDENTIAL REDEVELOPMENT

Planned for the reconstruction and addition of three floors of intown housing and amenity spaces, the reinvention of single-story retail facility on a prominent site in downtown Morristown lends itself to a modern approach to town development.

This plan was recently adopted by the Town of Morristown after a long and arduous approval process.  Lead by KG as lead planner, architect and development consultant, this infill urban solution acts as a precedent for similar adaptations of downtown assets in the future.
