The restoration of this 1970 corporate headquarters building included new glass facades, an open atrium with an office, interior balcony, and stairs, open office, a 400 square foot pyramid skylit training center, and extensive amenity areas. Additionally, the renovation included a new 275 car parking deck, recreation spaces, an open plaza, and an onsite nature/fitness trail.
