MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
Bally’s (formerly Gamesys), an entertainment gaming company with expanding presence in North America, needed to move into a larger space to hold their ever-growing office. In order to maintain their small office feel and lean in to their branding, Kimmerle Newman Architects and Kimmerle Workspace presented the idea of an open workspace, with monochromatic finishes and pops of color throughout. The addition of different sized meeting areas provides privacy while keeping the open area feel.
BENCHMARKS:
Incorporating a monochromatic background with varied areas full of color breaks with the traditional thought of a commercial office space where beiges and greys dominate. Bally’s new space demonstrates that an office can be modern and bright without sacrificing the seriousness of day-to-day business.
