MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
KG engaged as development advisor for a significant expansion of Chilton’s main campus. The program included a 110,000 SF MOB, 110-child daycare center, and a 20,000 SF Hospice facility as well as the expansion of the existing on-site cancer center.
BENCHMARKS:
A severely compromised site located in the upper Passaic River flood plain, KG succeeded in obtaining full approvals from NJDEP as well as local entitlements over the course of a 12-month engagement. The project budget was $75-80 million.
Ultimately, Chilton was acquired by Atlantic Health who continues to consider options for the necessary expansion of this important system component.
