MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
This NJ project acts as the law offices for this UK based firm. The design broke the typical law office mold by taking traditional elements such as coffered ceilings and granite floors and inserting sleek contemporary glass and furniture to create a new modern re-imaging for this firm. Full glass exposure to the exterior was maintained from the main reception area to create a polished first impression that continues throughout the office. KG’s role included design, construction administration, signage, furniture selection, and finishes.
BENCHMARKS:
This 23,000 SF space was completed with a budget of $1.1 million, offering a balance of dedicated collaborative meeting spaces and the typical private offices associated with a law office.
