MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
This US headquarters for Diagnostica Stago, a Global Pharmaceutical/Research & Development company, featured a training center, research labs, and offices. This project was done in multiple phases so clients could operate as normal in the same location as construction was being done. Design role included architectural, interior design and branding design, construction administration, and project management on equipment and swing spaces coordination.
BENCHMARKS:
With a $2.2 million budget and a 60,000 SF footprint, this state of the art facility offers flexible spaces for all aspects of work, from typical office to research lab, with much in between.
