MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
Lummus Center of Excellence, a technology training facility in the center of an office complex in NJ, took a page from its tech background and turned the design on its head. The warehouse appeal of old, emerging start-ups was created with the use of concrete-esque wallcoverings and carpet. Warm touches were added to the space with wood-slat screens surrounding the training wall and bright colors in the soft seating.
