MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
KNA competed for this project and won it in the interview. The assignment was for a two phase 60,000 sf facility in a new building. The first phase included 8 operating theatres with a training room overlook so doctors and medical associates could observe spinal implant procedures.
Full body autoclave and sterilization equipment, lab facility and refrigerated storage were all included. A hospitality suite and full branding and display of implants were integrated into the facility. Phase two included 30k of office space for their east coast headquarters.
