MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
KG engaged in a mid pandemic revisioning of the entire north face of the historic Morristown Green for housing, 750,000 sf of office, retail, and a wide range of public spaces, and amenity features.
Reinventing urban landscapes is an area of work that KG has engaged in since its founding. This multi-story urban design plan was sited over existing building footprints and incorporates an interpretation center for the long lost but to be revived Jacob Arnold Tavern, the site of continental army meet ups in its time.
