MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
Learning environments for special needs populations come along with a long list of requirements. The reinvention of this on-site agricultural structure provides four principal classrooms, a larger group meeting and dining area, designated learning spaces, kitchen, and laundry spaces as well as health and wellness facilities.
BENCHMARKS:
A component of a fifteen year/six facility roll out for Spectrum, the Ringwood ATC is located in the NJ Highlands Region and received a special exemption based on KG’s insightful understanding of New Jersey’s environmental regulations and our relationships at NJDEP.
