MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
Constructed with steel and concrete and faced with glass and custom porcelain enamel panels, this 70,000 SF structure includes a variety of offices and amenities, meeting the needs of Suburban Propane over time within one footprint.
This 1990s structure offered contemporary furnishings of the time, as well as a light-filled atrium. This project has won many local and state awards. A legacy project for the firm, Suburban Propane Headquarters was the first significant collaboration for George and Paul.
