KG retained as development advisor and planner for this undertaking and succeeded in delivering a commitment for $20 million in initial financing for this undertaking.
Project program includes. 235,000 sf MOB and Clinical lab, 75 units of resident/intern housing and a 1,500 car parking structure and campus amenity center. Program also addressed the expansion of SUNYs bio tech hub to 65,000 sf. Total development value in excess of $195.0 mol.
