MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:

What began as a real estate consultancy and redeployment, after five years of engagement, has resulted in the complete restacking/ of ARC facility needs.

Beginning with the re-packaging and marketing of ARC’s dated 125,000 sf industrial plant (Dating from a bygone era when industrial employment was seen as a viable alternative for the mentally and physically impaired). The profits from that sale allowed for the complete redeployment of this not for profit's program concept and service platform to a transformative community-based satellite model.

BENCHMARKS:

The ARC project consisted of four significant undertakings. 

  1. The sale and exiting from the organizations 125,000 square foot industrial facility in Congers, NY. 

  2. The acquisition and redevelopment of a new headquarters and training facility at Valley Cottage, NY. 

  3. The relocation and redesign of two new agency owned multi-classroom day centers on sites across the county, with a third to follow. The Valley Cottage and Nyack facilities are complete and operational today.

  4. The development of multiple models for new group homes / residences in both renovated and new build scenarios.
