ATRIUM REVIVAL & AMENITY UPGRADES

KNA was engaged to modernize all the amenity spaces at this Class A multi-building office center in Parsippany. It was starting to show its age in terms of its finishes, though not in its quality or care.

The new ownership quickly launched a full-on program to renovate both building cafeterias, enlarging the smaller one, creating a new conference center, and updating the fitness center. Tenants are looking for these types of constant - and more importantly, contemporary - improvements as standards these days.

KNA is engaged on a regular basis by landlords and building owners to assist in capital improvement programs to attract and keep tenants. During the work, a multi-phase project, KNA also worked on two large tenants for the campus, who have both expressed their delight in the finished product which they initially only saw in renderings.
