CORPORATE INTERIOR
Theorem HQ USA
Chatham, NJ
MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
After a successful launch, they were ready to create a new HQ office. They used mathematics as the core of their computer algorithms, and had a desire to introduce an element of math into their space.
KNA used that as the big idea, and designed an angled approach, relying on a specific 35 degree angle. A plan shift element was used to wrap the core and tie together the two wings. The angles
were actually three dimensional and included sloped walls extending up into pitched Ceilings for a dramatic effect. A central café/collaborative meeting space was created as a hinge point of the two wings.
BENCHMARKS:
Working with the building ownership, also a client of ours, we were able to make the buildout a turnkey including the unusual design features. Because of our relationships with both sides of
Deal, we were able to successfully do some scope modifications that worked for both sides and still create a highly successful space.
