MARKET SIGNIFICANCE:
The black community continues in crisis with an array of underserved needs in health care, education, housing and social services. This is now more evident than ever before, post pandemic, whereas KG began their engagement for this most timely and worthwhile undertaking in 2019.
BENCHMARKS:
This is an infill campus plan on a third of a block, 1.5 acre site, adjacent to the largest Baptist Church in the city providing the following areas of needed services: Health care, Housing, Education, Social services, Other amenities.
An ongoing effort of the firm, now being promoted at various scales through out the northeast to at risk communities in need. We are exploring infrastructure funding from the federal 2002 Inflation Reduction Act and other forms of support including LIHTC and direct funding programs from corporate sponsors.
