A fast-growing and successful industrial facility was being hampered by an inability to expand production capacity. That problem was solved by the approvals garnered by KG and the team assembled for this assignment. The automation of industrial processes in American factories has led to an entirely different land use profile for these users, innovations not anticipated in local zoning ordinances that address an earlier time and need.
A 5.3 acre site located on Green Pond Road within the NJ Highlands Preservation Area was recaptured from environmental extinction over the course of a six-month entitlement effort in conjunction with Dewberry Engineering.
A NJ-based factory saved with a sustainable solution that addresses all environmental constraints implied by its location in Rockaway Townships critical resource zone.
